1. Product Introduction
1.1 Product Overview
This device is a fluid loop temperature sensor teaching/experiment system, specifically designed for temperature measurement, temperature control, and sensor characteristic research. It integrates complete fluid circulation, heating/heat exchange, detection, and control units, simulating temperature measurement and control scenarios in industrial environments.
Fluid Circulation Unit: Composed of a storage tank, circulating pump, pipelines, regulating valves, a rotor flowmeter, and a pressure gauge, it achieves stable circulation of the working fluid (such as water or heat transfer fluid), with flow rate and pressure that can be directly monitored and adjusted.
Temperature Control Unit: Equipped with a plate heat exchanger (or electric heating module), temperature sensors (such as PT100 RTDs, thermocouples), an electric regulating valve, and a digital temperature controller, it enables closed-loop control of the fluid temperature, simulating temperature changes under different operating conditions.
Data Acquisition and Display Unit: The digital temperature controller displays the setpoint and actual temperature in real time, which can be used to calibrate the sensor, test response time, accuracy, and control algorithm effectiveness.
Auxiliary Units: Includes valve assemblies, filters, pressure relief components, etc., ensuring safe and stable system operation. Multiple test interfaces are also provided to support comparative experiments with various types of sensors.
This device is widely used in teaching and practical training in automation, measurement and control technology, mechatronics, and other related fields, as well as in the selection, calibration, and performance verification of industrial temperature sensors.
1.2 Product Features
Full-Process Visual Design: Adopts an open panel layout, clearly displaying pipelines, valves, and instruments, facilitating understanding of the working principles of fluid circulation and temperature control.
Multi-Condition Simulation Capability: Simulates sensor response characteristics under different flow rates and temperature ranges by adjusting flow rate, heating power, and setting temperature, supporting both static and dynamic temperature testing.
Modular Design and Strong Compatibility: Provides multiple sensor installation interfaces, supporting the installation and testing of various industrial sensors such as RTDs, thermocouples, and temperature transmitters, and is compatible with mainstream signal types (4-20mA, 0-10V, RS485, etc.). Comprehensive Safety Features: Equipped with pressure gauges, pressure relief valves, anti-dry-burn protection, and electrical safety designs to prevent abnormal operating conditions such as overpressure and overtemperature, ensuring experimental safety.
Easy to Operate: Temperature control instrument parameter settings are intuitive, flow and pressure adjustments are simple, and standard control principle diagrams are provided for easy implementation of basic teaching and advanced experiments.
